Tchad : un décret confirme le nouveau statut des enseignants


Un décret sur la révision du Statut des enseignants au Tchad a été signé le 6 novembre 2025. Le décret 477 devient le 2850.

Le ministre de l'Éducation nationale et de la Promotion civique, Aboubakar Assidick Choroma, a remis une copie de ce décret révisé au Bureau Exécutif National du Syndicat des Enseignants du Tchad (SET). Le chef du département de l'Éducation salue l?esprit de dialogue et de coopération dont a fait preuve le Bureau Exécutif National du SET tout au long du processus de révision.
Pour sa part, le secrétaire général national du SET,  Bolmbari Ngolaou, a exprimé sa satisfaction quant à la signature de ce décret. Il a déclaré qu'il s'agit d'une étape importante dans l'amélioration des conditions des enseignants au Tchad. « Ce jour marque une avancée significative, démontrant que le dialogue et la persévérance portent leurs fruits », a-t-il affirmé. Bolmbari Ngolaou a également appelé les membres de son organisation à maintenir cet esprit de dialogue et de collaboration afin de poursuivre les progrès accomplis.
