Coopération : le Tchad et l?Egypte discutent de l?avancement du corridor liant les deux paysEn marge des travaux de la Commission mixte Tchad-Égypte qui se déroulent au Caire, les deux parties ont discuté de l?avancement du projet de corridor Tchad-Égypte via la Libye. Le Tchad était représenté par son ministre des Infrastructures, du Désenclavement et de l?Entretien Routier et l?Egypte par, le vice-premier ministre chargé des Infrastructures Kamel El Wazir. Les discussions ont porté sur cet axe appelé à renforcer l?intégration régionale, dynamiser les échanges commerciaux et améliorer la mobilité entre les deux pays. Les points essentiels qui ont meublé les échanges sont entre autres, l?avancement des études. Le département tchadien confie que, les deux responsables ont salué la progression des études techniques, réalisées par l?entreprise égyptienne Arab Contractors, dont le travail rigoureux pose les bases solides du projet. Au sujet de la Feuille de route commune, Ils ont convenu d?intensifier les réunions techniques entre les experts du Caire et de N?Djamena afin d?harmoniser les approches et d?accélérer la concrétisation du corridor. Tchad : fin des interventions sans autorisations des organisations dans les établissements scolairesLe ministère en charge de l?éducation a initié des mesures disciplinaires en vue du respect du volume horaire et des objectifs pédagogiques à atteindre au cours de l?année scolaire. A travers une circulaire du 17 novembre 2025, Le ministre de l?Éducation nationale et de la Promotion Aboubacar Assidick Choroma, décide d?assainir les interventions d'organisations de la société civile et certaines institutions dans les établissements scolaires. Une réaction qui fait suite à un constat : « les interventions diverses des organisations de la société civile, bien que motivées souvent par des intentions louables telles que la promotion de la culture de la paix et de la non-violence, perturbent parfois le fonctionnement des établissements scolaires. » Le ministre en charge de l?Education estime que, lesdites interventions peuvent avoir un impact négatif sur le volume horaire prévu pour les enseignements et compromettre la planification. « Dans certains cas, véhiculer des messages non conformes aux orientations du ministère ». Pour y remédier, Aboubakar Assidick Choroma recommande que, toute intervention d?une organisation, institution ou structure associative dans un établissement scolaire, public ou privé, doive être préalablement autorisée par le ministère, à travers la direction de la Promotion civique (DPC), qui est chargée de soutenir les initiatives contribuant au renforcement du vivre-ensemble dans les écoles. Il invite les responsables directement concernés à veiller au strict respect de cette circulaire et à signaler toute activité non autorisée menée dans les établissements scolaires sous leur responsabilité. Tchad-Niger : un mémorandum d?entente signé pour renforcer la formation dans le secteur minierEn visite de travail au Niger, la ministre tchadienne du Pétrole, des Mines et de la Géologie, Ndolenodji Alixe Naimbaye a signé ce 18 novembre, un mémorandum d'entente dans le domaine de la Géologie et des Mines. L'accord vise principalement à établir un cadre de coopération pour la formation et le renforcement des capacités des cadres et techniciens tchadiens à l'École des Mines, de l'Industrie et de la Géologie (EMIG) de Niamey. Ce partenariat stratégique couvre également le développement de formations spécialisées dans l'industrie extractive et l'encadrement de l'exploitation minière artisanale. La signature de ce document implique le ministère tchadien du Pétrole, des Mines et de la Géologie et le ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur, de la Recherche et de l'Innovation Technologique du Niger, représenté par le Pr Mamadou Saidou. Ce mémorandum concrétise « les discussions entamées lors de la visite et ouvre une nouvelle ère de coopération bilatérale dans le domaine crucial de la formation minière et géologique entre les deux pays », confie le ministère.
