Le Burkina Faso, le Mali et le Niger se retirent de la CPISans surprise, le Niger, le Mali et le Burkina Faso ont annoncé lundi leur retrait de la Cour pénale internationale. Ces pays, gouvernés par des militaires, qualifient l'instance "d'instrument de répression néo-coloniale". Les trois États annoncent une décision à effet immédiat, mais dans les faits le retrait n'est effectif qu'un an après le dépôt du dossier devant l'ONU. |
