Tchad : plusieurs cadres de l?UNDR démissionnent


Ils ont notifié le président national de l?Union nationale pour le développement et le renouveau (UNDR), le 20 décembre 2025, à travers une lettre.

Les membres du Bureau exécutif national et de responsables des comités de base de l?UNDR claquent la porte. Dans la lettre ils annoncent leur décision « collective et irrévocable » de quitter la formation politique. Les signataires, dénoncent entre autres, la dégradation du fonctionnement démocratique interne.
Les démissionnaires évoquent également les cas de la marginalisation de nombreux cadres et militants, principalement ceux issus des régions septentrionales, du Centre et de l?Est. Dans la lettre on peut-également lire des frustrations relatives aux man?uvres de positionnement et de succession à caractère familial et clanique, en contradiction avec les valeurs fondatrices de l?UNDR et les principes de collégialité.
Ils pointent également les prises de position publiques du président, qui semblent en contradiction avec la ligne politique du parti. Pour les signataires de la lettre, cette démission se veut un signal fort sur la direction actuelle de l'UNDR et offre un appel à un retour aux valeurs fondamentales de justice, d'équité et de démocratie, qui ont motivé leur engagement initial.

Le ministère du Pétrole, des Mines et de la Géologie à travers un communiqué du 18 décembre, invite les personnes concernées à se rapprocher du département.


Le secrétaire général du ministère du Pétrole, des Mines et de la Géologie, qui a signé le document exhorte tous les lauréats de l'Institut National Supérieur de Pétrole de Mao (INSPEM), titulaire d'une licence et actuellement sans emploi, de déposer leur dossier auprès de la Direction des Ressources Humaines dudit ministère, à des fins utiles, à partir du lundi 22 décembre 2025.
