La Communauté économique des États de l'Afrique de l'Ouest (Cédéao) a annoncé dimanche l'ouverture de la voie à un allègement des sanctions contre le Niger. Ces sanctions avaient été imposées début août, après le coup d'État militaire qui a renversé le président Mohamed Bazoum. La Cédéao a toutefois conditionné cet allègement à une "transition courte" avant un retour des civils au pouvoir.
