Western Sahara: Province of Lecce and Wilaya of Dakhla Sign Friendship Protocol
[SPS]Lecce -The Italian Province of Lecce and Saharawi Wilaya of Dakhla have signed a protocol of friendship, in the aim to strengthen the ties of friendship between the two cities, as reported by the press in the city.
