Niger: ?Niger will not accept destabilization of Libya from its territory?
Niamey, Niger (PANA) - Niger will not accept the destabilization of Libya from its territory, the Nigerien Prime Minister, Rafini Brigi, declared on Thursday while reacting to rumours indicating the presence in Agadez, northern Mali, of agents recruiting mercenaries for Libyan armed groups.
