Mauritania: Copper mine workers go on strike in northern Mauritania
Nouakchott, Mauritania (PANA) ? Workers at Mauritania's copper mine in the northern part of the country Wednesday went on strike to press their demands for better living and working conditions, including a 10 percent increase in wages, PANA learned from trade union sources.
