Mauritania: Opposition Chieftain now president of Mauritania?s economic and social council
Nouakchott, Mauritania (PANA) ? The leader of the people?s progressive alliance (APP), a moderate opposition party in Mauritania, Messaoud Ould Boulkheir, has been appointed chairman of the country?s economic and social council, according to a presidential decree issued here Thursday.
