Mauritanian president congratulates DR Congo president-elect
Nouakchott, Mauritania (PANA) - Mauritanian head of state Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz on Monday sent a congratulatory message to the DR Congo's president-elect , Félix Tshisekedi, following the confirmation of his victory in the presidential election of 30 December by the Constitutional Court of the country.
