Libyan prosecutor's arrest warrants raise outcry in Chadian rebellion
Paris, France (PANA) - A series of arrest warrants issued by the Prosecutor General in Libya against several individuals, including members of the Chadian political-military opposition based in the south of the country, accused of abuses on Libyan territory, have been strongly rejected by Chadian rebel leaders.
