UN congratulates Puntland region?s newly-elected president
Mogadishu, Somalia (PANA) - The UN?s Deputy Special Representative for Somalia, on Wednesday congratulated the newly-elected president of Puntland, Somalia?s semi-autonomous region in the country?s north east.
