Municipality requires shops in Tunis to have Arabic signs
Tunis, Tunisia (PANA) - Seeking to prop up the Arab identity of Tunisia, the Mayor of Tunis on Monday ordered shop owners in the nation's capital to write business signs in Arabic language in order to counter the proliferation of foreign languages ??and the abandonment of Arabic writing.
