Algeria condemns attack on Libyan foreign affairs ministry headquarters
Algiers, Algeria (PANA) - Algerian Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel told his Libyan counterpart Mohamed Siala of Algeria's "strong condemnation" of the terrorist attack on the headquarters of the Libyan Ministry of Foreign affairs in Tripoli on Tuesday.
