Armed men kill 40 civilians in northern Mali
Bamako, Mali (PANA) - About 40 civilians have been killed in the last two days in the localities of Tinabaw, Tabangout and Tissalatene, in the Ménaka region of northern Mali, PANA learned on Friday from sources in the capital, Bamako.
