NRC raises red flag on funds for emergency relief in Mali
Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) - Humanitarian agencies, having run out of funds, are unable to provide emergency relief to starving women and children fleeing from inter-communal violence in central and northern Mali, Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) said Wednesday.
