Ethiopian military swoop on top Generals
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) - Ethiopian military commanders, Brigadier-General Kinfe Dagnew and Major-General Tekleberhan Woldearegay, were arrested near the border with Sudan on Tuesday on suspicion of ordering crimes, including torture and rape of workers at a military enterprise, officials said.
