President Keita inaugurates new thermal power plant in Mali
Bamako, Mali (PANA) - A new thermal power plant was inaugurated Wednesday by Malian President, Ibrahim Boubacar Kéita, in Kayes, a commune located some 500 km in the west of the capital, Bamako.
