Rights group accuses South Sudanese soldiers of attacking civilians in Western Region
Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) ? A human rights watchdog has accused South Sudanese soldiers of attacking civilians and civilian property in counterinsurgency operations in the south and west of Wau that began in June 2018.
