South Sudan peace pact not excuse to mobilise for war - Museveni warns
Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) - Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, has warned South Sudanese foes against using the peace agreement signed in Khartoum as an excuse to mobilise for war.
