Mali: Tuareg No Longer 'Masters of the Desert'
RNW Africa (Hilversum)-An offensive by Tuareg rebels in northern Mali, many of whom fought in Libya, has cast a spotlight on these Saharan nomads, of Berber origin, once known as the "masters of the desert", but now impoverished.
