AMISOM trains Somali Police officers on communication skills
Mogadishu, Somalia (PANA) ?Somali Police officers should have skills, knowledge and capabilities to make people know what the force stands for and they can do this by speaking out, Deputy Special Representative of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (DSRCC) for Somalia, Simon Mulongo has said.
