New antimalaria drugs may become ineffective - Experts
Kigali, Rwanda (PANA) - New drugs that could treat malaria may rapidly become ineffective for 2.4 billion people from Commonwealth member states, 90% whom live in malaria-endemic countries with the majority in sub-Saharan African region, according to a new research released on the sideline of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) that is currently taking place in London, UK.
