South Sudan?s opposition leader for relocation in far-off country
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) ? South Sudanese opposition leader Riek Machar should be released from house arrest as soon as possible, on conditions that ensure he will renounce violence and not obstruct the peace process in the war-ravaged young African nation, according to a decision announced on Monday by the Ministerial Conference of the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD).
