Niamey, Niger (PANA) - Financing agreements for the Nigeria-Niger-Benin-Burkina Faso multinational electricity interconnection project were signed on Thursday in Niamey by the Nigerien Minister of Planning, Mrs Kane Aïchatou Boulama, and the Resident Representative of the African Development Bank (AfDB), Nouredine Kane.
