Western Sahara: Cuba Condoles Saharawi President On Passing Away of Khalil Sid Mhamad
[SPS]Habana -The sisterly Republic of Cuba sent, through José R. Balaguer Cabrera, Member of the Secretariat and Head of International Relations Department of Cuba's Communist Party, a message of condolence to the President of the Republic and Secretary-General of the Frente POLISARIO Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, following the passing away of Khalil Sid Mhamad, head of POLISARIO political branches secretariat.
