Presidents Kagame, Salva Kiir discuss ceasefire violations in South Sudan
Kigali, Rwanda (PANA) - The new Chairman of the African Union (AU) and president of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, on Tuesday met with the South Sudanese leader, Salva Kiir, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, amid warning by the continental body to impose sanctions on leaders violating ceasefires in South Sudan.
