Political instability drives humanitarian needs in Horn of Africa countries
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (PANA) - Conflict and political insecurity in the Horn of Africa, notably in South Sudan, are expected to continue to drive humanitarian needs?sometimes compounding, or caused by the impacts of climatic shocks?in the first six months of 2018, according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA).
