Guterres urges common commitment on situation in South Sudan
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (PANA) ? It is absolutely essential that the role of the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) in eastern Africa is first of all to make sure that any contradictions that might exist among the neighbours of South Sudan is not translated into an influence in the internal situation of that country, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said here on Saturday.
