Morocco: Nation's Autonomy Proposal 'Can't Be the Only Basis in These Negotiations,' Says U.S. Ambassador to Rabat
[SPS]Rabat -The Ambassador of the United States to the Kingdom of Morocco Samuel L. Kaplan said that his country believes that Morocco's autonomy proposal "can't be the only basis in these negotiations," to find a solution to the Western Sahara conflict.
