Rights Group demands action on South Sudan's delayed Hybrid Court
Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) ? South Sudan?s top officials have failed to make good on promises to establish an African Union-South Sudanese hybrid court to try international crimes committed during the country?s civil war, Human Rights Watch (HRW) has said as the conflict enters its fifth year on Friday.
