EU lashes out at Uganda following President Al-Bashir?s visit
Brussels, Belgium (PANA) - The European Union and its Member States on Tuesday said they regretted the visit of Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir to Uganda, which is a State party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
