Algeria: Algerian Wins Tour d'Algerie Stage
[Magharebia]Algerian cyclist Abdelbasset Hannachi of GS Pétroliers won the Tour d'Algerie third stage on Wednesday (March 13th), APS reported. It was the first African victory at the 2013 edition of the event.
