Morocco: Moroccan King pardons 1,178 prisoners on eve of Throne Day
Rabat, Morocco (PANA) - King Mohammed VI of Morocco on Saturday pardoned 1,178 people who were under arrest for taking part in protests in the troubled northern Rif region, the justice ministry announced.
