2017 CAF Confed. Cup: Boardroom decision takes away 1/4-final slot from Angolan club
Cairo, Egypt (PANA) - The CAF Executive Committee, in one of the decisions taken at its meeting on Thursday in Rabat, Morocco, has re-instated Sudanese club, Hilal El Obeid, to the quarter-finals of the 2017 CAf Confederation Cup.
