Kenya: Kenyans arrested in South Sudan enroute ISIS camp
Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) - Four people, three of them Kenyans and a Somali national, have been arrested in Juba, South Sudan, on their way to Libya, where security forces believed they planned to cross the Mediterranean Sea into Europe to join the Islamic State (ISIS), Kenyan Police Inspector-General Joseph Boinnet said on Tuesday.
