South Sudan: UN chief appoints Rwandan force commander of UNMISS
Juba, South Sudan (PANA) - United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has appointed Lieutenant General Frank Mushyo Kamanzi of Rwanda as Force Commander of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS), it was announced here on Friday.
