Rwanda: Rayon Sports of Rwanda qualifies for play-off round, thanks to FIFA
Kigali, Rwanda (PANA) - FIFA has ordered the Malian club, Onze Créateurs, to forfeit its second-leg, first-round match against Rayon Sports of Rwanda in the 2017 CAF Confederation Cup following its ban on Mali as a result of the government interference in football matters in the West African nation.
