Congo: Chadian, Nigerien leaders in Congo for summit on Libyan crisis
Brazzaville, Congo (PANA) ? Presidents Idriss Déby Itno of Chad, and Mahamadou Issoufou of Niger, arrived here on Thursday to take part in Friday's high-level summit of the African Union Committee on the Libyan crisis.
