Somalia: Somalia inaugurates 10th parliament by swearing in 283 lawmakers
Mogadishu, Somalia (PANA) - Somalia's 10th Parliament was inaugurated on Tuesday in a ceremony that saw 283 members of the House take their oaths of office by placing their right hand on the Holy Quran.
