Tanzania: EU partnership with African countries stems human trafficking via Libya
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (PANA) - The European Union's partnership with Niger is reducing the numbers of people using smugglers to get to Libya, European Council President Donald Tusk remarked on Thursday after the European Council meeting in Brussels, Belgium.
