UN: UN envoy tasks UN Security Council on Libyan Political Agreement
New York, US (PANA) - UN envoy in Libya, Mr. Martin Kobler on Tuesday said that while there has been progress in Libyan Political Agreement, it is has stalled and "much more should have happened."
