Kigali, Rwanda (PANA) - A high-level meeting of climate change experts and senior government officials from 192 countries, signatories to the Montreal Protocol, aimed at a tightening control on climate-change-inducing hydro-fluorocarbons (HFCs) opened Monday in Kigali, Rwanda, unfolding challenges for Parties to phase out ozone-depleting substances especially in Sub-Saharan Africa, say observers.
