Somalia: IGAD leaders hold summit in Mogadishu
Mogadishu, Somalia (PANA) - East African leaders on Tuesday converged on Mogadishu, the Somali capital, under the auspices of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) to discuss security, elections and regional development in the region.
