Sudan: Sudanese celebrate implementation of Doha peace deal for Darfur
Khartoum, Sudan (PANA)- Chad, Central African Republic and Qatar heads of state were among leaders who attended a gathering in Darfur on Wednesday at which Sudanese President Omar Bashir declared a general amnesty to all rebels holding arms against his government.
