Kenya: Kerry talks of progress on regional force for South Sudan
Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) - Visiting US Secretary of State John Kerry has said major obstacles on the deployment of a regional peacekeeping force for South Sudan were cleared during crucial talks with South Sudanese foreign minister Deng Alor and foreign ministers from East Africa on Monday.
