Kenya: IGAD condemns Al Shabab terror attack in Somalia
Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) - The Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) has condemned the terror attack in Somalia, which killed 20 people on Sunday in Galkayo city of Puntland state and wounded 20 people.
