UN: ICC Trial Chamber refers Uganda, Djibouti to UN Security Council
New York, US (PANA) - Uganda and Djibouti have failed to comply with the request for arrest and surrender of Sudan's President Omar Al Bashir to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and referred the matter to the Court's Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute and the UN Security Council, the Pre-Trial Chamber II of the ICC said Tuesday.
