Kenya: IGAD meets in Nairobi over South Sudan violence
Nairobi, Sudan (PANA) - Due to the escalation of violence in South Sudan, Foreign Ministers from the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) countries were scheduled to hold a meeting in Nairobi late Monday.
