UN: Ban appoints Sudanese as new UN deputy envoy for Liberia
New York, US (PANA) - UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon late Monday in New York appointed Sudan's Yacoub El Hillo, as UN Deputy Special Representative for the UN Mission in Liberia (UNMIL), succeeding Antonio Vigilante of Italy, who concluded his assignment on 15 June 2016.
